FAQ

Where is the meeting point for the tour?
All tours meet directly on bike lane outside the LaSalle College Vancouver just 20 meters from the corner of Smithe St. & Beatty St. where you will see your guide with one of our light blue cruiser bikes. See the map, here: Meeting Point - 110 Smithe St, Vancouver, BC!

Are reservations required?
A reservation is required due to a limited number of spaces on the tour.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have 48 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If you miss the tour, we’ll try to reschedule you on another available tour.

Is the tour difficult?
For most bikers, no. We’ll cover almost 20km in 3 hours with many stops on the way. If you’re confident on a bike and you have lots of energy, you have nothing to worry about.

What happens if it rains?
We run the tours whether it rains or shines. There is never cold weather in Vancouver and we’re not made of sugar.

Do we take a break on tour?
Yes. We stop for a quick snack and use the washroom in half-time of the tour.

Where does the tour end?
It ends and starts at the 110 Smithe St.

Do you provide the bikes?
Yes, we provide everyone with our cruiser bikes. However if you are over 190cm / 6′ 3” tall, you might consider renting a bigger bike from one of the Downtown’s Bike Rentals.

Will we be able to take photos?
Yes, there will be a chance to take photos at the designated stops.

What is the best way to get to you?
We are in a heart of Vancouver’s Downtown – probably less than 10 minutes walk from your hotel/hostel. Ask your receptionist for a map and directions.
